Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please take a time to learn about how Kiwi goods are manufactured before returning one. The majority of our goods are created in India by traditional artisans, making each one unique and somewhat different from the others. As a result, the stones may differ somewhat. Natural stones and pearls are never exactly the same. Before being sent, all of our items are subjected to quality check.
Returns and exchanges will only be allowed if your item was damaged during shipping or if you got the wrong goods. If your item was damaged in transportation or you received the incorrect goods, you may return it in its original condition (unworn, with original packing, and the barcode tag must not have been tampered with).
How To Make A Return In Four Steps?
1. Please let us know within three days of receiving your purchase. To notify us, send an email to customercare@kiwi.co.in.
2. Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect goods to be returned to us, you must provide us a photograph of the product; after that, the Kiwi QC team will decide if the product is approved for return at their discretion.
3. After we get your e-mail and our Quality Control team approves the return for the damaged/incorrect goods, we will arrange for the merchandise to be picked up.
4. We will ship the fresh / right merchandise after we receive the damaged / wrong product.
We are not liable for any packages that are lost or damaged. We are not responsible for any returns that were not initially informed to us.
REFUNDS WILL BE DONE IN THE FOLLOWING CASE:
1. Packages lost in transit.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- The delivery address is incorrect or obsolete.
- Incorrect address format, such as a PO Box address in any form.
- After our separate courier agent failed to deliver three times.
- The receiver refuses to accept the package.
- Concerns about size. As a result, please carefully study our sizing recommendations before completing your order.
- Products that have been used or are damaged.
- Color and design variations are minor. Because all of our goods are handcrafted and fashioned with real stones, they may differ slightly from the images on our website.
- If the jewellery is in good condition.

Cancellation by KIWI
There may be times when we are unable to accept orders and must cancel them. We have the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Limitations on available quantities, mistakes or omissions in product or price information, or concerns found by our credit and fraud prevention department are all possible reasons for your order being cancelled. Before approving any order, we may request more information or verification. If your order is cancelled in its entirety or in part, or if further information is necessary to accept your purchase, we will notify you. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted back in your card account.
We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/charged. If however the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. BCPL reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.
