Shipping Information For India Deliveries

In India, We Provide Free Delivery. COD Orders, On The Other Hand, Will Be Charged A Fixed Fee Of INR 350. Orders Cannot Be Mailed To PO Boxes Or Military Addresses, And Deliveries To Rural Domestic Destinations May Take One Or More Days. Orders Needing Customisation May Take Longer To Process And Will Be Sent In 10 Business Days.

The customer’s state may apply an OCTORI Duty on the addition of the item’s price for shipping delivered outside of DELHI. We have no control over these expenses, and we will not be refunded.

Any OCTORI Duty imposed by your state government is the responsibility of domestic buyers. We can’t say which shipments will be subject to these levies or how much they’ll cost. If you refuse to accept the items, you will be charged either the cost of the goods or the cost of the return service.

Method Of Delivery:

Orders Are Delivered Within 7-10 Business Days Of Being Sent. A Minor Delay May Occur In Rare Circumstances Owing To Government Action Or Natural Reasons, For Example.

Shipping Charges:

Standard Delivery – We provide free shipping in India. On the other side, COD orders will be charged a flat cost of INR 350.

Note: Orders sent to outlying locations may incur an extra fee. Orders to Jammu & Kashmir and the North-Eastern states may incur extra fees and take longer to arrive than normal.

Shipping Information For International Deliveries

Method Of Delivery:

The costs of international shipping are listed on our website. Depending on the location, shipping costs and transit times will differ. DHL / Aramex is used to transport all overseas shipments. From Monday to Saturday, all transit times are calculated. Due to customs, international shipping cannot be guaranteed within a specific time range.

Please be aware that VAT, tariffs, and taxes will be charged in accordance with your country’s rules and must be paid by the client. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

The cost of shipping is determined by the shipment destination and the weight of your package. Shipping costs are calculated depending on package weight, customs clearance, and a variety of other considerations. We are unable to provide an estimate of the duty amount.

Important Information About Shipping

Order cut-off timings are offered as a reference only and do not account for probable payment authorization delays. Estimated delivery timeframes start from the date of shipping and are only intended to be used as a reference.

We are not liable for any delays resulting from natural disasters or unexpected situations. Once things have been sent, we are unable to reroute orders. Upon receipt of your order, you must sign it and show evidence of identification.

At the moment, each order may only be sent to one destination address. You will need to place numerous orders if you want to ship things to various addresses.

We do our hardest to deliver each item in your order within 7 working days of your order being placed, including processing time. However, in some situations, we may need to make or buy the order, so it may take longer to ship.

While we will make every effort to send all goods in your order together, owing to product characteristics or availability, this may not always be feasible. We only ship through reputable courier providers to ensure that your product arrives on time and in good condition.

Before accepting delivery of the products, if you feel the packaging has been tampered with or destroyed, please refuse delivery and phone our support desk, referencing your order number. We will do everything possible to guarantee that a new delivery is made to you as soon as possible. All shipments are fully insured and need the recipient’s signature as well as proof of identification confirmation.
